In this episode, Adam and Mason wander the DC Independence weekend events at the National mall. They find the Smithsonian tents and decide to see what they are showcasing. They interview someone who interacts with the Chandra Telescope and a Professor who is working on transforming the surrounding buildings into a 3D environment.

In this episode Adam and I head down to the National Capital Barbecue Battle XVIII in downtown DC (http://www.bbqdc.com/). Adam conducts a series of interviews with some of the major players at the event including Rocky Stubblefield III, of Stubbs BBQ sauce. Highlights include Adam singing the Oscar Meyer song infront of the Wiener Mobile and an employee gets yelled at by his boss  for interrupting his interview. Enjoy.
